Last updated: 11 July 2026 · These terms govern your use of Meridian Trading Nexus ("the site", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
1. Educational service only — no financial advice
Everything on Meridian Trading Nexus — signals, radar readings, indicator reads, market performance boards, charts, community posts, news snippets and guides — is educational and informational content only. Nothing on the site constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are a publisher of general, impersonal information — not a broker, investment adviser or portfolio manager. Always do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional.
2. Risk warning
Trading foreign exchange, futures, CFDs, cryptocurrencies, equities and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance — including any published signal track record, model reading or backtest — is not indicative of future results. Any trading decision you make is yours alone and at your own risk.
3. Membership
Membership unlocks additional educational tools (Matrix Radar, chart indicators and replay, snapshots, posting and following). Membership terms, pricing and any trial arrangements are shown on the membership page at the time of joining and may change with notice. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Accounts may be suspended for breach of these terms.
4. Community content (Trade Share, My Page)
Members can publish posts, comments, reactions, chart snapshots and profile content. You retain ownership of what you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site. You agree not to post: content presented as personalised financial advice; misleading performance claims; market manipulation, spam or promotion of unregulated schemes; unlawful, infringing or abusive material; or other people's personal information. Community content reflects its author's personal opinion, not ours. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules. You can delete your own content — or your whole account — at any time from your profile's data controls.
5. Affiliate disclosure
Some links on the site (for example to prop-trading firms) are affiliate links: if you sign up or purchase through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects our editorial assessments, and we aim to link only to platforms whose regulatory status we have confirmed. Always verify a firm's current terms directly with the firm before purchasing.
6. Market data & third-party content
Prices and market data are delayed and/or historical, provided as-is for education, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. News headlines are attributed to and link out to their original publishers, who own their content. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.
7. Intellectual property
The site's design, code, tools, models and original content are our property. Standard technical indicators are public knowledge; our implementations, scoring models and presentation are ours. You may not scrape, copy at scale, or resell site content. Automated access is restricted (see our robots policy).
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss — including trading losses, lost profits or data loss — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or anything published on it.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above changes when we do, and continued use means acceptance. Questions about these terms? Members can contact the site operator through the Message the admin form on their profile. A public contact address will be published when the site's domain goes live.
